The station is located in the monitored parking area. Once your vehicle is connected, the charging spot is reserved exclusively for you for the entire charging duration.
Submitting the form sends an inquiry to the hotel reception. We confirm the slot within 24 hours — usually sooner.
Four steps to charging
The charging spot is reserved for the agreed time slot. The reception staff hands you an RFID card on arrival to start charging.

Pick the date, arrival time and expected end of charging. Provide the vehicle type and contact details.
Confirmation from reception
The reception will promptly confirm slot availability by email or phone.
RFID card on arrival
On arrival at the hotel you collect an RFID card at reception — it activates charging at the reserved spot.
Charging and disconnecting
When charging is finished, return the RFID card to reception. Actual charging time depends on battery capacity and current state.

IP65 rated — the station is dust-tight and resistant to splashing water. Charge in any weather, any season, any outdoor temperature.

Which vehicles does the charging station support? +
The station uses the standard Type 2 connector (IEC 62196-2), supported by every modern EV and plug-in hybrid sold in Europe. For CCS Combo vehicles, Type 2 is fully compatible (AC charging).
How long does it take to charge an EV? +
The station delivers up to 22 kW (three-phase AC). Actual charging time depends on battery capacity and your vehicle's maximum AC charging rate — most EVs are fully charged in 3 – 8 hours. The station automatically limits output to whatever your vehicle accepts.
How much does charging cost? +
Reception will confirm the charging price at booking based on the current rate and expected usage. Hotel guests get a discounted rate — please provide the room number in the form.
Is charging available around the clock? +
Yes — the station runs 24/7. Pick up the RFID card at reception (open round the clock) and start charging any time within your booked window.
Can I use the station without staying at the hotel? +
Yes — the station is also available to conference, training, wedding and other event attendees, as well as restaurant visitors after agreement with reception. Advance reservation is required in all cases.
What if the guest with a reservation does not show up? +
If the slot will not be used, please cancel by phone at least 2 hours in advance — we can offer the freed slot to another guest.
