Choose your venue (Aula A. Einsteina or the management classrooms), date, layout (Classroom, U-shape, Boardroom, Theater) and add-on services — coffee break, AV equipment, catering and accommodation for participants. The total price incl. VAT is shown at every step.

We confirm dates instantly. For specific requirements (LED wall, simultaneous interpretation, live streaming) call the reception directly — our coordinator will prepare a proposal within 24 hours.

Most frequent questions

What is the minimum rental duration for a hall? +

A minimum of 4 hours (half a day). For full-day events we offer a discounted rate.

Can we get a special rate for accommodation for participants? +

Yes — for conferences with more than 15 guests we offer a discounted group rate for accommodation at the hotel.

Can we bring our own equipment? +

Of course. The halls are ready for your own laptops, cameras, streaming devices and other equipment.

Will you provide lunch for participants too? +

Yes. Our restaurant is located right at the hotel — we'll prepare a buffet or plated lunch according to your preferences.

How far in advance should I book? +

For small events 2 weeks is enough; for large conferences we recommend booking 6 – 12 weeks in advance.
