Corporate events have been our specialty for twenty years. The hotel's conference wing was designed from the start with B2B clients in mind — we have the infrastructure, experience and discretion that large corporations expect.
For multi-day events we combine the conference halls with accommodation and an evening programme in the main Átrium hall or the Rakócziho salónik. Participants don't need to move between venues — everything is in one place.

What's the minimum and maximum number of people? +
For conferences and training sessions in the conference centre we can host anywhere from 8 participants in boardroom layout up to 150 in the amphitheatre. For evening events in the restaurant halls (Átrium, Rakócziho, Malý zlatý) the maximum is 80 guests in the Átrium under the glass roof.
Do you organise team-building activities? +
The programme content (activities, coaches, animators) is arranged by the client. We provide the space, catering, accommodation and logistical support.
What equipment do you have in the halls? +
Standard kit includes a data projector, screen, sound system, microphones, flipchart and Wi-Fi. Specialist equipment (LED wall, simultaneous interpretation) can be supplied on request.
Do you provide off-site catering? +
We do not offer external catering with delivery off-site. Catering is prepared only for corporate events held in our venues — the conference halls, Átrium and Rakócziho salónik. You can find details about external catering on the Catering page.
Is there discounted accommodation for participants? +
Yes — for corporate events with more than 10 overnight guests we provide a discounted group rate. The specific rate is agreed when booking the date, together with the number of rooms needed.
What deposit do you require? +
When confirming the date we require a standard deposit payment to secure the booking. The invoice and remaining balance are settled after the event.
